Thoughtful growth. Distinctive living.

Built to belong.

A neighborhood can welcome more people without surrendering the history, character, and relationships that made it worth joining in the first place.

275 Medford added 121 homes to Charlestown by returning an existing waterfront warehouse to active use. We did not expand the building’s footprint or replace it with something disconnected from its surroundings. We worked within what was already here.

That approach reflects our understanding of responsible neighborhood density: create more places to live while remaining thoughtful about what those homes ask of the community around them.

Not every resident needs to rely on a car for every trip. Our location provides access to waterfront walking routes, bicycle connections, public transportation, neighborhood businesses, and major employment centers.

Parking remains available, but it is limited by design. Bicycle storage, electric vehicle charging, nearby transportation options, and useful businesses within the building support residents who choose to move through the city differently.

The goal is not to eliminate the automobile. It is to make daily life less dependent on it.

More homes. Less waste. A stronger connection to Charlestown.

Find what matters to you.

A thoughtfully designed building works best when management and residents share a commitment to caring for it.

Our responsibility is to maintain the property, operate its systems efficiently, and respond when residents need us. Residents contribute through the everyday choices that help a community function well: conserving resources, caring for their homes, respecting shared spaces, and being considerate of their neighbors.

Those small choices add up. They reduce waste, help prevent unnecessary maintenance, and allow us to focus our resources where they provide the greatest benefit.

275 Medford does not try to offer every possible amenity. Instead, we focus on distinctive homes, responsive local management, useful services, pet-friendly living, waterfront access, and a thoughtful relationship with the neighborhood around us.

The commercial spaces at 275 Medford bring useful businesses and daily activity to a part of Charlestown once defined primarily by vacant industrial buildings.

Together with the restored residences, waterfront access, and preserved architecture, they help make the Terminal Street Warehouse District feel connected to the neighborhood rather than separate from it.

For residents who value individuality, practical convenience, and a community designed with intention, 275 Medford offers something increasingly difficult to find in Boston: a place with enough character to feel different and enough room to feel like home.
